From Quelques Aspects de la vie de Paris, a series of twelve colour lithographs published by Vollard in 1899. A superb trial proof in four colours, ie without the use of the blue stone, which is often difficult to distinguish even in published impressions. Printed on a large sheet of thin cream wove paper with full margins and in exceptional condition with fresh, unfaded colours. Rare in such wonderful condition.Provenance: From the archive of the printer, Auguste Clot and by descent.
