Mezzotint and aquatint with touches of etching, probably 1915
315x233mm [425x332mm]
A very good strong impression printed on heavy wove paper. Signed, titled and dated by the artist in pencil. Some staining in the margins and overall discolouration verso but generally good. A most interesting image and certainly extremely rare; we are not aware of any other prints by this artist.Adrian Cornwell-Clyne was a serving officer in the First World War. Later he became a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society and wrote a number of books on photography and colour cinematography.
