Signed by the artist in pencil.
Inscribed in reverse on the plate lower right, Wellington House, the location of Sickert's studio when the print was etched, situated at the corner of Granby Street and 247 Hampstead Road. The building was formerly a school where Charles Dickens had attended. Sickert used the studio from 1908-14.
A delicate impression in very good condition aside from a crease in the lower right corner of the margin, well away from the image.
